Built for shooters and rifle builders who want the performance of an HCA carbon barrel with a finish that stands apart, the Silver Series pairs our precision-machined stainless steel barrel construction with a unique silver-infused carbon wrap designed to catch light, reveal depth, and give every finished barrel its own character.

The result is clean, understated, and unmistakably different.

Not flashy for the sake of being flashy: Not a coating, not a painted finish. The silver effect is built directly into the carbon layup itself, creating subtle metallic contrast throughout the weave while preserving the lightweight, rigid construction HCA carbon barrels are known for.

Each Silver Series barrel begins with premium 416R stainless steel, microhoned to less than 50 millionths of an inch of bore diameter variation for exceptional consistency from end to end.

From there, the barrel is rifled, hand-lapped, and wrapped using HCA’s proprietary hybrid carbon fiber layup with ultra-low resin content. Silver metallic elements are incorporated throughout the carbon during the wrapping process, producing a finish that can shift from dark gunmetal to bright silver depending on angle and light.

No two barrels will present exactly the same way – and that’s the point.

HC1 Rifling™ – The Next Evolution in Barrel Technology

HC1 Rifling™ is an optional alternative to standard rifling, combining progressive twist rates with proprietary tapered land geometry to deliver a more controlled bullet transition through the bore. Designed to reduce initial engraving resistance, promote consistent bullet engagement, and enhance accuracy across a wider range of loads, HC1 represents HCA’s largest step forward in precision barrel technology. When choosing HC1, simply select your desired twist rate from the standard options, which will serve as the barrel’s final twist rate at the muzzle.
