HCA reflex
The HCA REFLEX barrel contour is the first carbon barrel on the market designed specifically for “Over The Barrel” (OTB)/ Reflex style suppressors. With a spiral fluted muzzle steel that tapers from .750″ at the crown to .800″ at the carbon fiber, this barrel profile protects the carbon fiber from the extreme heat generated by suppressors, while the deep helical flutes reduce any unnecessary weight. Available in 1.200 and 1.170 (tikka shank) tenon diameters.
HCA Sendero
Unparalled Precision. Made from premium 416R stainless steel, our Sendero profile barrels are microhoned to less than 50 millionths bore diameter variation, single point cut/ECM rifled and hand lapped. Then wrapped with HCA’s proprietary hybrid fiber orientation with ultra low resin content. Muzzle OD measures .900″ +/-.005″
