Return Policy

Because our barrels are manufactured to the customer’s selected specifications, all barrel sales are final and barrels are not eligible for standard returns. This policy does not change our commitment to standing behind the products we manufacture.

Should you experience an issue with installation, fitment, or performance of your barrel, please contact us promptly. Our team will work with you to evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate next steps. In some cases, we may request that the barrel and action be returned together so that we can inspect the components and perform or verify the installation.

Hells Canyon Armory cannot assume responsibility for variations or defects in a receiver’s internal threading. We are also unable to warranty damage, alterations, or workmanship performed on our barrels or barrel blanks by independent gunsmiths or other third parties.

If our inspection determines that the barrel contains a defect in materials or manufacturing, Hells Canyon Armory will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected barrel.

Returns under these conditions are valid no later than 30 days after the customer receives the barrel.

All other products are subject to a 30-day return window from the date of reception. Products must be in brand-new, unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is a 3% restocking fee for returns of product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must include an invoice or information regarding the return.
