HCA 6.5mm Cut Rifled Steel Barrel Blank

Built entirely in-house with the same precision and attention to detail as our carbon-wrapped barrels, HCA steel barrel blanks are made for shooters who want uncompromising accuracy in a traditional stainless steel platform. Our 6.5mm Steel Blanks can be chambered for any compatible cartridges, including 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC, and so on.

Each barrel starts with premium 416R stainless steel, is microhoned to less than 50 millionths bore diameter variation, single-point cut rifled or ECM, and hand-lapped for an exceptionally consistent bore and finish.

Available in three contour profiles:

• Sendero
• 1.200″ Straight
• 1.250″ Straight

Whether you’re building a lightweight hunting rifle, a competition setup, or a heavy-barreled precision rifle, these profiles give you the flexibility to choose the weight, rigidity, and balance that best fit your build.

Every HCA barrel is manufactured with accuracy and consistency at the forefront – from the initial bore work through final rifling and lapping.
