Fiber Orientation
Unlike other companies that wrap carbon fiber helically around the barrel liner, HCA barrels take full advantage of the strength of carbon fiber by maintaining a continuous and parallel orientation with the bore, providing unrivaled strength and rigidity.
Low Resin Content
Our barrels have been proven to be up to 3X more rigid than competitors barrels with the same contour and weight.
Premium Barrel Liners
Quality is priority #1, and that means working with the best barrel liners possible. HCA only uses barrel liners that are double heat stress relieved, cryogenically frozen, micro honed to uniform bore diameter prior to rifling and hand lapped to perfection. Each barrel is inspected prior to shipping with deltronix gauge pins and bore scoped.
